Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf Leader Ayla Malik has filed a case against the board of intermediate and secondary education Rawalpindi controller and the chairman for the reason of declaring her degree fake in the court.
The civil judge Kashif Qayyum is the judge whom court has received the case filed by her lawyers Dr. Babar Awan and Farooq Awan. The court has approved the petition and will give the hearing. The court has also issued notice to the Chairman and Controller Examination to submit their rejoinders on February 11.
Ayla Malik was the candidate for PTI NA-71 Mianwali in By election when Imran Khan vacated the seat but she was disqualified the contest as the board of intermediate and secondary education declared her degree fake. In the petition she has shown consent that she has passed the examinations from the BISE Rawalpindi on December 16, 1989 and her registration numbers are 898015617 and the certificate numbers are 21751-3091 but the board has declared the degree of her fake due to the political pressure by the Pakistan Muslim League N government. She asked the court that the controller of the board should be called on the court and the matter should be seen properly and that her degree must be declared authentic.
Her degree was challenged by the PML-N’s Obaidullah Shadikhel in the Lahore high Court election tribunal bench and the bench then asked the board to check the issue.
